Home Delivery

Standard delivery to an address of your choice is £3.99. Need your items sooner? Our Express delivery option is only £4.99. Orders placed will be processed the next working day, so please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 2-3 working days for express delivery.


How is my order delivered?

Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. If we're unable to deliver an item to you, or a neighbour, your item will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect, or to arrange a re-delivery. Web Exclusive products may be sent via different courier services. 

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

We'll do our best to send you your whole order in one lovely bundle, however occasionally we may have to fulfill items from multiple locations. This may result in more than one delivery dispatched separately from different locations.


How long does delivery take?

Orders placed will be processed the next working day. If you have chosen our standard delivery option, your order will be sent to you on a 48 hour Royal Mail service and, therefore, should reach you within 3-5 working days. If you have selected our express delivery option, your order will be sent on a 24 hour Royal Mail service, which you should expect to receive within 2-3 working days. Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times.  

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands please allow extra time for delivery. For Overseas orders, please see 'Do you deliver outside of the UK' for expected delivery times. 


Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an online order or item?

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us by post or in-store within 14 days of receipt. Orders returned within 7 days will receive a standard postal refund. Items marked as Web Exclusive can only be returned to us via post, stores are unable to return these items for you.

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, we will refund your delivery charge and any delivery cost incurred in returning the item to us.

All items must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn, in original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Returns to a Shoon store (UK only, excluding Web Exclusive products)

For your convenience, you can take your return to your nearest store, provided you take your proof of purchase with you (this can be in the form of an Order Receipt, Till Receipt or Credit/Debit Card Statement). You will also need the card that was used to purchase the item, to complete a refund if applicable. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit / debit card. Unfortunately this facility is not available at Shoon concessions in department stores.

We will be happy to process an exchange for you in-store provided you take your proof of purchase with you.

FREE Returns via Royal Mail  (UK only)

Please ensure you include your proof of purchase and contact details along with your return.

Paypal Orders

Orders paid for via PayPal can be returned to a Shoon store* or for free via Royal Mail for a refund, please see the above guidelines on how to return.

*Please note that Paypal refunds cannot be processed whilst customer is in-store but will be processed back to their Paypal account by Head Office the next working day.


Web Exclusive Items

Items marked as Web Exclusive or Web Only can only be returned to us via post, stores are unable to return these items for you.


Buy One Get One Half Price

When returning items as part of a Buy One Get One Half Price promotion, the offer will no longer be valid on your remaining order and your refund will be calculated accordingly.

Overseas Returns

You are welcome to return items by post. Please note that this service is not free and you will be required to pay any postage costs incurred. When returning an item by post, please ensure that you complete and include the Order Invoice with your items.

Please note we are unable to offer exchanges outside the UK/Ireland/Channel Islands.
