Delivery & Returns

Home Delivery

Standard delivery to an address of your choice is £3.99. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. Orders placed will be processed the next working day.


International Delivery

Delivery is charged at £16/item. Delivery takes between 3-7 days.

We deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark ,Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Orders placed will be processed the next working day.

 

How is my order delivered?

Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. If we're unable to deliver an item to you, or a neighbour, your item will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect, or to arrange a re-delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

We'll do our best to send you your whole order in one lovely bundle, however occasionally we may have to fulfill items from multiple locations. This may result in more than one delivery dispatched separately from different locations.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery will usually take place within 48 hours from the date of dispatch. Please note that if an order is placed outside of business hours (Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.30 excluding Bank Holidays) your order will processed on the next working day.

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the ?Highlands and Islands? please allow extra time for delivery. For Overseas orders, please see 'Do you deliver outside of the UK' for expected delivery times.

Refunding the Delivery Charge

Orders returned within 14 days will receive a standard postal refund.

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, we will refund your delivery charge and any delivery cost incurred in returning the item to us.

If you would like to discuss the exchange or return of any item, please email customer service or telephone us on 01749  671709, Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.30 (excluding Bank Holidays).

We will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving your return. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an order or item?

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us by post or in-store within 28 days of receipt. For sale items, please return within 14 days for a full refund.

All items must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn, in original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

 

Returns to a Shoon store (UK only)

For your convenience, you can take your return to your nearest store, provided you take your proof of purchase with you (this can be in the form of an Order Receipt, Till Receipt or Credit/Debit Card Statement). You will also need the card that was used to purchase the item, to complete a refund if applicable. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit / debit card. Unfortunately this facility is not available at Shoon concessions in department stores.

We will be happy to process an exchange for you in-store provided you take your proof of purchase with you.

FREE Returns via Royal Mail  (UK only)

Please ensure you include your proof of purchase and contact details along with your return.

 

FREE Returns via a Collect+ store (UK only)

  • Download a returns label at www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/shoon 
  • Write your order number or name on the Collect+ label
  • Peel off the returns label from the Collect+ insert and attach it on the outside of your parcel over your address.
  • Take your parcel to any of the 5000+ local Collect+ stores. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.
  • You can find your nearest Collect+ store by texting COLLECT and your Postcode (e.g. COLLECT BA5 1UH) to 84555 or at www.collectplus.co.uk/shoon
  • Texts from 84555 are FREE to receive, texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions at www.collectplus.co.uk/smsterms
  • We'll process your refund within 14 working days

Please ensure you include your proof of purchase and contact details along with your return.


Paypal Orders

Orders paid for via PayPal can be returned to a Shoon store, by Collect+ or by post to our Head Office for a refund, please see the above guidelines on how to return.

Overseas Returns

You are welcome to return items by post. Please note that this service is not free and you will be required to pay any postage costs incurred. When returning an item by post, please ensure that you complete and include the Order Invoice with your items.

Please note we are unable to offer exchanges outside the UK/Ireland/Channel Islands.
