Merrell Shoes

Innovation, technology, and product design must incorporate logical function and durable construction.  Merrell believes in encouraging and equipping everyone to get outside.  It doesn't need to be complicated - outside is where you find it.

In 1981, Randy Merrell, a custom cowboy boot maker in Utah, built his first pair of hiking boots.  Now part of Wolverine World Wide, a U.S.A. based global shoe company operating Caterpillar, Sebago and Hush Puppies, Merrell has come of age.  Growth has been outstanding since the U.K. product development team have introduced new catagories to the original hiking line.

Merrell has gone back to its outdoor roots, re-inventing fast and light hiking styles for more contemporary tastes by incorporating advanced technologies in materials.  Vibram, Gore-Tex, Agion, Ortholite and others contribute to Merrell’s performance credentials.
