These boots are realy comfy but are NOT waterproof. I asked the manager instore if they are water PROOF or water Resistant as I wanted them for dog walking she assured me they were fully water proof. They are not. Please review your information on these boots.

It sounds like there may be a fault with the pair that you received. If you would like to return your boots with your receipt or proof of purchase to our head office we'll be happy to inspect them and contact you with our findings.
