They also use a “sewn to sole” production method in the production of many styles which allows the shoe to be flexible and adapt to each individual’s foot.
Pikolinos leathers are from the best quality cattle hide. They undergo an exclusive treatment process using the products and natural waxes of Pies Cuadrados, a company within Grupo Pikolinos that specializes in leather tanning. The leather is treated with casein, a protein found in milk which adheres to pores in the leather and provides its radiant shine and natural look. Pikolinos leathers do not contain any resins or plastic films for protection. As a result, the pores remain intact and allow your feet to breathe with ease.
Pikolinos is one of the few footwear companies in the World which has obtained the European Eco-label certification in two of its ecological lines: Amazonas y Orinoco.
These two Eco-label certified sections guarantee a quality shoe that has been manufactured in a healthy and ecologically responsible manner.
